• Professional Information: Work history, job titles, companies, responsibilities, achievements, skills, education, certifications, and career goals.
• Payment Information: Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card numbers, mobile money PINs, or bank details on our servers.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, browser type, and device information to improve our service.

We use your information exclusively for:

• Creating and delivering your professional CV documents (Word and PDF).
• Processing your payment through Paystack.
• Communicating order updates via email and WhatsApp.
• Processing revision requests.
• Improving our CV writing templates and AI generation quality.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
• Payment processing is handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
• Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
• We use bcrypt password hashing for all administrative accounts.
• Our servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

We retain your personal and professional information for 90 days after your order is delivered to facilitate revision requests and reorders. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems unless you request otherwise.

Generated CV documents are stored securely for the 90-day retention period. You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@mastercv.guru.

We use the following third-party services to operate MasterCV.guru:

• Paystack: Payment processing (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, cards, and bank transfers).
• Google Gemini AI: AI-assisted CV content generation. Your career data is sent to Google's API for processing but is not stored by Google for training purposes.
• Twilio: WhatsApp message delivery for order notifications.
• Gmail API: Email delivery for order confirmations and CV documents.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to the processing of your data.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
