Terms of Service

MasterCV.guru (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional CV writing services. Our service includes:

• AI-assisted professional CV creation optimized for both Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and human recruiters.
• Delivery of CV documents in Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF formats.
• Revision services as specified by your selected package.
• Delivery via email and WhatsApp.

We offer three service packages (prices in Ghana Cedis, GHS):

• Starter (GHS 200): Professional CV writing, ATS + human optimization, 1 template, Word + PDF, 48-hour delivery, email delivery, 1 free revision.
• Professional (GHS 350): Everything in Starter plus 3 templates, industry-specific keywords, WhatsApp delivery, 24-hour delivery, 2 free revisions, cover letter template.
• Executive (GHS 500): Everything in Professional plus 5 premium templates, executive summary, leadership focus, personal branding, 12-hour priority delivery, unlimited revisions (7 days), custom cover letter, 30-minute career consultation.

Add-ons:

• Rush Delivery: +GHS 100 (accelerated processing)
• Extra Revision: +GHS 30
• Cover Letter: +GHS 100

Prices may be updated at any time. The price at the time of your order submission is the price you pay.

Payment is required before CV generation begins. We accept the following payment methods via Paystack:

• MTN Mobile Money
• Vodafone Cash
• AirtelTigo Money
• Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards
• Bank transfers

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

• Starter: Up to 48 hours from payment confirmation.
• Professional: Up to 24 hours from payment confirmation.
• Executive: Up to 12 hours from payment confirmation.
• Rush Delivery add-on: Accelerates delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. We will notify you of any delays.

• Starter: 1 free revision within 7 days of delivery.
• Professional: 2 free revisions within 14 days of delivery.
• Executive: Unlimited revisions within 7 days of delivery.

Revisions cover changes to content, formatting, and structure within the scope of your original order. Revisions do not include adding entirely new work experience or career changes not discussed in the original order.

Additional revisions beyond your package allowance can be purchased for GHS 30 each.

60-Day Interview Guarantee: If you apply to 20 or more relevant positions using our CV within 60 days of delivery and receive no interview invitations, we will either:

• Rewrite your CV at no additional cost, or
• Provide a full refund.

To claim this guarantee, you must provide evidence of applications submitted (screenshots or email confirmations). The positions must be relevant to your qualifications and the CV we created.

General Refunds:

• Full refund if you cancel before CV generation begins.
• No refund after the CV has been delivered, as the service has been fully rendered.
• If you are unsatisfied, please use your included revision(s) first.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your work history, education, and qualifications.
• Not use our service to create fraudulent or misleading CVs.
• Review your CV carefully before using it for applications.
• Not redistribute, resell, or publicly share our CV templates or formatting systems.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

Upon delivery and full payment, you own the content of your CV. However:

• Our CV templates, formatting systems, and AI generation methods remain our intellectual property.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
• We will never use your personal CV or identifiable information for marketing without your explicit consent.

MasterCV.guru provides CV writing services to the best of our ability. However:

• We do not guarantee employment or specific job interview outcomes.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
• We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers.
• Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Ghana.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
